Processing Technology

Process Step Core Parameters / Precautions
Material Pre‑treatment TPEE shall be fully dried before processing. Recommended drying at 80~120℃ for 6‑8 hours to keep moisture content ≤0.1%.
Injection Molding • Barrel temperature: Normally 180230℃, adjust according to melt flow rate.
• Mold temperature: Recommended 30
50℃.

• Injection pressure: 80‑120 MPa.
• Injection speed: Slow‑to‑medium injection speed.
• Screw: Compression ratio (3.0‑3.5):1, L/D ratio (18‑24):1 is recommended.
Extrusion Processing temperature is set slightly above melting point, e.g. 200~250℃. Conventional gradient‑type screw is adopted, L/D ratio ≥24:1 is recommended.
